I have a DynaGlo vertical propane smoker. I want to replace the propane line it came with with one that has a regulator on it, but the one end seems crimped to the control unit of the smoker. Is there a way to somehow remove that line? I obviously dont want to damage the smoker where i cant...
I seem to have a similar issue. I use a Dyna-Glow vertical propane smoker and it seems the lowest i can get it is about 248. I use wood chunks and some wood chips to fill in. I also use a separate thermometer to test the interior temp. Weird thing is, the thermometer on the smoker shows it...

After a long time of having it, I'm finally using my smoker. Its a BBQ-Pro Vertical Propane smoker. I see a lot of smokers have a cover for the dish that holds the wood chips, but this one doesn't. Is that normal and should I use something as a cover for the wood chips?
