Aloha all, I’m building a offset smoker, Dim’s approximately 56”x24” tank with a 24” x 24” square fire box, 6” diameter smoke stack. How tall should I make the smoke stack? Shucks, Not sure where these came from. This cook was a couple of cooks ago. Either Costco, Whole foods or Foodland farms. I also was told Don Quijote has some nice ones.
