Well done! How many wings fit in that basket? I was surprised that it took that long to cook at 400F. I cook mine on a Kamado Joe indirect at about 400F and I don't think they take more than an hour. Wonder if the rotisserie changes things?
Agree on the Traeger. They seem like another case of a product that was the first of its kind and failed to adapt over time, eventually getting passed by others. Gone the way of TiVo, Blackberry and Kodak.
Curious to see responses from others. I've never been thrilled with my briskets either though I have a Kamado Joe. Eventually I'll get a RecTeq. My buddy, who is very much an amateur makes brisket every New Years Eve and it's the best brisket I've ever had. Makes me crazy :)
