    Certain cooks really need soaking like when I cook pork butts and chicken.  Other cooks I might just leave them together and put in the dishwasher.   When you want them "showroom" clean though the taking apart and soaking definitely works great

    NBA finals game 2 snack.   Fried up some sweet Italian sausage with onions, garlic and topped with cheese.   Fired up the 007 UDS with a medium sized fire and 30 minutes later for the snacks!

    More complete combustion of the fuel = thinner   As you go less complete the smoke particles get larger.
