While I was smoking Salmon in the Masterbuilt, decided to throw some wings on the weber with indirect heat setup. Used some bone sucking sauce rub. Cooked at 250* for a couple hours. At the last minute, mopped the pieces with some Red Tail Ale BBQ sauce diluted with some honey and threw the pieces directly over the coals.

Just more food to bring on the fishing boat tomorrow.....Yum!

Good looking wings Craig, can't be a Weber for making wings.

Oops forgot to mention that I used cherry wood chunks. Great flavor for poultry
