PP stuffed Manicotti

Well, I found some pulled pork in the freezer, so off I went to pick up some manicotti.

You've inspired me to make it for supper tonight.

It was wonderfully good! 

I did make a change in the cheese though. I didn't have enough mozzarella, so I mixed in some cheddar, and parmesan.

This is one dish I'll be making again, and I'm already thinking of variations. Thanks again for sharing your idea with us Raptor!
