New to site!

My son and I are taking on the world of smoking together! At 14, he has decided to become the next great smoker! I figure there could be many worse things in life that a kid would want to do with or without their parent....so here we go on an adventure together! I bought a PK Smokehouse Pro 100 (through Cabela's) and am open to any advice I could get from everyone! I read a lot of good reviews and figured the forum here wold be a great place to get stated - the owner/operator manual leaves a little to be desired! Thanks to everyone!
