This is the newest picture I have. I was experimenting with new rubs. One is a hot mustard, one is just a hot chicken blend, and one is a dill blend. We got this amazing cooker for our breakroom! I love experimenting rubs on chicken thighs, so I can really taste the flavor.

Howdy from central Missouri.

I make gobs of jerky. I would love it if you had a Chipotle flavor pack. Right now I use either a hickory, mesquite or regular-jerky flavor and doctor it up with 1 tbspn of Mrs. Dash SW Chipotle Seasoning per 3-4 pounds of meat.
