Low Country Boil Pizza and
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Why not use up some left overs from my Low Country Boil Twice Smoked Potatoes and some left over rotisserie chicken?
Let's start with the LCB Pizza. A couple of pre-made pizza dough.
Since I'm just making up things, a layer of Remoulade Sauce went down first to tie the flavors together.
On top of that, the left over Chicken Andouille Sausage.
The left over corn was next.
Topped off by the shrimp.
Some freshly shredded Gouda cheese.
Next, the Buffalo Chicken Pizza.
Instead of sauce, I put down a layer of thin sliced Pepper Jack Cheese. It's ugly now but will melt beautifully.
I mixed some Frank's Buffalo Sauce with some left over rotisserie chicken and layered that on top of the cheese.
Some Ranch Dressing on top of that.
Some more Frank's.
Topped off with more Gouda Cheese.
Preheated pellet smoker.
7 minutes later.
Plated with a couple slices of each.
Thank you in advance for looking.
