I love smoked food (Obviously)
I have been smoking food for a few years now, not sure how long but i bought Paul Kirk's book(Championship BBQ) in May 05. So im guessing i tried smoking various meats a few times prior to the book with poor results.
I have owned 3 smokers so far 1 WSM style, and 2 off set barrel smokers I currently have a P.O.S. brinkman i refuse to use so im stuck on my webber kettle. So when i have a party, I have to hang my head in shame and borrow my buddies O.K. Joe.This Joe is sweet its an offset square smoker from the late 80s i think 1/4 in steel holds temp nice.
Im having a smoker built reverse flow with a warmer box. Double door in main chamber cant wait.Going to drive 5hrs on Saturday to finalize the deal. Hope i can post picks soon.3 week turn around.
