I have a question. I have been canning Pork Shoulder for awhile now and have that down to a science. What we use it for is to eat with my homemade sauer kraut and sometimes we just pull it apart and heat it with BBQ Sauce for sandwiches. So, I got to thinking when I saw that you could buy pulled pork with BBQ Sauce in the store. Is it possible to can the pork with the sauce already in it? Anyone have any ideas?
