Have had a brisket flat I been sitting on for a couple months because I hate doing half a brisket instead of a whole one but it was free which is why I got it so I decided I was gonna wake up fairly early today instead of sleeping in pull out the brinkmann rocket and fire it up I forgot to take early morning pictures it wasn't till brisket was on smoker that I remembered to take a picture but I decided to try n do this brisket Texas style ( salt pepper garlic ) injected with beef broth and smoke at 250 over cherry wood

Couple hrs in chugging along
