Looked at the sight yesterday and got a hunger from some ribs....Put these on around 10am...I sorta cheated a little and bought some store bought potato salad, cole slaw and baked beans to go with the ribs...So if they don't turn out, we will have something to eat...hehe!!!

Good luck with your smoke...

Steve

I do Country style ribs at least twice a month for the Wifie. She doesnt like messing with the bones so she gets her's in big pieces. I have fount the using the 3-2-1 method works the best and spraying with Apple juice when wraping does wonders with them. I use a pellet machine and use 50/50 apple/cherry pellets.

Ribs are always welcome. Last week, I did some St. Louis type using the 3-2-1 method and some of my favorite rub. When I foiled them, I sprayed them down really well with a mixture of 2/3 apple juice and 1/3 whiskey. I'd never used the spray before but it really added to the flavor. I highly recommend it for your consideration.

I agree Bill, I like Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum mixed in with the apple juice...I am sure other brands work well too...
