I just bought a Charbroil H2O. Got this 25% off the regular price. Figured that this would hold up better then my Good Eats version that I was going to attempt on Monday. However, I plan on making a minor change. I bought a plate warmer (single eletric burner) for my initial plan. I will just flip the bottom bowl and put the burner on top. Then use my Charbroil as an electric smoker. Has anyone else done this? If so, any problems?

My attempt at using my Charbroil H2O smoker as an electric failed. Check my "Roll Call" thread to see why. Just look for my picture and my explanations are just above.
