I was looking for something new and found a gem. A thread that dirtsailor2003 shared helped.
Turkey stuffed peppers.
Ground turkey, fennel, onion and other tasty bits mixed together.
Put them into my new MES 40 with my Amazen pellet tray loaded with Italian spice pellets. 1st time using the flavored pellets.
I had lots of the turkey blend left so I dropped in a couple eggs and bread crumbs to try a meatloaf.
Amazing!
I love this place!

Look like a great dish...JJ

Good idea using the Italian spice pellets on turkey. Up till now, I 've only used them on beef.

Now that's my idea of "comfort food". Stuffed peppers on steroids [emoji]9786[/emoji]️ and a loaf to boot!
I'll bet beef would be good as well...
