With the holiday coming around I want to cure brine some corned beef. Every time I have done this the beef was consumed immediately after curing. I'd like to make a larger batch. Cook some right away but vac seal a flat or two and freeze for later.
My question to the gangs is this....
Has anyone had issues freezing uncooked corn beef? Does the flavor and texture hold if it's well vac sealed?
Thanks folks b

Thanks mucho you two. It's been a while since I bought one.. And now that I think about it I must have frozen one a time or two.

Anywho... I just dunked 3 trimmed flats into my new briner with Pops brine and Pickle spice. And now we wait!
Thanks again for the assurance B
