Hi Everyone...My Name is Bill and I'm from Falls Church Va. and just joined.  I'm an amateur griller and have been using Weber's and an electric Masterbuilt smoker for years.  I ordered my first offset smoker last week, it's a Meadow Creek SQ36 and I can't wait to get it delivered and fired up.  I'm so glad I found this site as there is a ton of useful information and can't wait to try some of the stuff everyone is doing.
