Had to clean some meat out of the fridge Sunday, so I did a tip roast, corned beef for sandwiches this week, drumsticks for the kids, and ribs for me. Here's pics of the spares rubbed up with mustard and a rib rub. I never really know what to do with the center chunk of ribs that they always hider under the spares in the grocery store. I usually end up pulling it apart and eating the leftovers the next day. Maybe save some for beans down the road.
Here's the finished shots. I think they were in the foil a touch long, just a tad mushy.
