I have been extrememly busy at work and have been doing a bunch of venison processing and sausage and sticks and salami making.
my schedule has been tight and I really didnt have allot of time to post the proceedings! sorry! still workign on my smokehouse too .
things are starting to slow down some so I will try and do a few posts couing up real soon. winter doesnt stop me, my smoker is never cool for more than a few days at a time.
