that would be cabernet soaked oak from oak wine barrels.....i would be lieing if i said my yard did not smell like a winery
NICE PIC! Sounds fantastic. I bet the neighbors are rolling out of bed and going out to get their papers thinking "how do I get an invite to dinner??" once that smell hits 'em.

Sounds good to me. Everything looks fine for now. If your slicing I think I would do the towel and cooler thing but I like it rare and really juicy. Cann't wait for the finish pics.
