Thanks for the info on doing almonds. My dad likes them and I incinerated two pounds of raw almonds trying to smoke them. I'll try your method. Very nice photos!
AWESOME!!! The smoke ring on the brisket looks perfect, the smoked cheese looks delish, and the almonds are a home run. Looks like a lot of work, but well worth it. The pics are great, keep em comin.
