Id like to know what your smokin' music is and what it means to you.

Hang Tough (Tesla) Dedicated to men and myself from 3/35 Armor scout Btn off WRIF 101

All down the line (Rolling Stones) Another Detroit assembly line song.... This is Kieth Richards at his finest! Actually the whole album/cd (exile on main st.) is blues......quite awesome!!!!

The Motor City is burnin' (John Lee Hooker) I wasent around for this, but, I was born in the year and lived through the aftermath. In 1968 there was tanks rolling down the streets of Detroit. My Father with a 3rd grade education had sence to move us 6 kids out.

Fool for the city (Foghat) Ahhhhhh.....crusin' Gratiot in a 76, 455 HO T/A, stock.....Primer Gray, of course!

Sigh, its a shame we value 300 hp as HO these days.

Chug-a-lug (Roger Miller) My Grandfather was one of the more famous whiskey makers back in the hills of KY. In fact his still is in Louisville musieum of history under 'ol kieser. Theres a great story behind this because Beuford Pusser.....yes, from walking tall........was after my Grandfather....he never could catch him and thats why his still is there.

Hank Williams JR (Greatest hits #1) WOW....whattta CD/Tape. This is Hank JR at his finest........Thats what its alll about!!!! YES SUARRR.

Fall of the peacemakers (Molly Hatchet) For my Bro, PFC Jeff Reel and all the others who have died for the freedom of arabs

For me it is AC/DC, Kiss, foreignor, def leppard and Nickelback all the way through or until I pass out...

Boston is my all time favorite band, but any 60, 70, 80's rock. I graduated HS in 86 so hair metal was real big in my bag of favorites too. SRV in the long slow days of summer works for me too. Occasionally ( I am getting older now), country music will be played on the patio, but it can't be the real twangy stuff. Being a musician, I have a pretty wide range of musical tastes, so what gets played could vary on any give day.

Graduated in '90 so I too, love the hair metal. Seemed like the bigger the hair, the better the music. LOL.

Out in the "busted luck hangout" got the sirius goin'.... usually on classic rewind ( classic rock).... or roadhouse country, outlaw country and sometimes prime country...
