Hell of a week for me. Ended strong, but 3 bad notes in worst order: boss's Dad-in-law passed (though somewhat of a relief as nobody likes suffering). Had to fire an employee (though technically he fired himself). And an important piece of equipment crashed at work.

But in my mind now, these are last weeks problems. I'm resetting with a Woodford Rye and I finally got my ice-ball mold to produce nice spheres. Raising a glass to those lost but never forgotten.

Smoke some water for a few hours stirring every 30 min. Bottle this and then freeze it in your Ice trays. Excellent in both a good bourbon and bloody marys.
