You Know Where To Stick It, Turkey

But I don't.

  Directions always say, stick the probe in the thickest part of the thigh, taking care that the probe doesn't contact the bone.

Sounds easy enough, but it seems like I always end up with the probe either hitting the bone and/or stuck in some area that gives me misleading termperatures. 

Is there a chart or something that illustrates where to stick it?
