Yet another newbie

I'm brand new to smoking. Just purchased a Masterbuilt. My primary and initial goals are centered around venison, and sausages in particular. Eventually, I can see myself cooking practically EVERYTHING in it. Glad to be aboard and looking forward to lots of great advice.
