Did 6 beef chuck roasts and 14 boneless pork chops forgot to take pics of the chops, first time doing chops they were excellent

Did 2 of the roasts with a rub from Cabela's and 4 with a hoemade rub of the wifes, then shredded and froze most of the beef other than tonights supper.

Now that is a full smoker. Looks like there will be plenty of good eating your way for weeks to come.

Fine job you did there! They look great! Did you brine the chops or just smoke them?
