Came out great, rubbed with Jeffs rub and even made some of Jeffs sauce to top things off. Real happy with results.

Pork came out great!! However, I smoked those potatoes for just over two hours and they were terrriable!!!! Next time I will try longer on them...

Nice job, PotatoC! The Q-VUE was enough to have me salivating on my computer. That grub sure didn't last long, I bet!

Looks nice, plenty of rub. Why didn't ya get much smoke ring?

Smokebuzz- I don't know, am I doing something wrong?? It smoked the whole time????

If it tastes as good as it looks, well that would be perfection.
Nothing wrong, most loins take on a smoke ring, never used Jeffs rub, maybe it sealed up the pores of the meat. i have that happen at times when i use a heavy rub, which is often, and i don't get a deep ring, but still tastes as it did.

Nice job on the pork. Keep up the great smokes
Andy.

I usually smoke chunks in a 6" cast iron pan.. Been putting 3-4 in at a time, smoke em out real good and replace every 40 minutes or so...
