i made chicken yesterday with a hawiian style bbq sauce (i finally found a recipe)it turned out pretty tasty if i say so myself. i basted with the sauce about a half an hour before it finished and it carmelized into a nice glaze.
the sauce was really good. i put the recipe down in the sauce section of the forum. I thought the ginger was going to be a bit much but it added a nice unexpected heat to the finish. not much, just nice a subtle. i was very happy with these results.
