Hi everyone -
I have been given a secondhand MES 30, the older analog type.
It only has one cooking rack in it.
I would like to get the other three, but the only online sources I see are for pairs of racks, and I don't really need five racks after I order two pairs to get three....
I'm also not opposed to second hand racks.
Does anyone have any racks or compatible racks that would fit the analog MES30?
I believe they are 14.5" wide, and about 12" deep.
I'm also converting to a PID controller, and would like to replace the plug in thermostat with a regular plug - or a junked thermostat that I can gut the temp portion out and "straightwire" into the electric element.
So if anyone has a broken thermostat controller, I'd be interested since that would allow me to save the one I have as a backup.
