Wsm top grate doesn't fit we'll

Anyone have this problem? It sometimes even falls down . And no I'm not using the bottom grate as the top one accidentally

Perhaps a photo showing your top grate in place, showing its relation to its supports.

its enough space that it keeps falling

Shouldn't have to but, you may need to shim the brackets that hold the grate. I've seen other people do the same.

If this is a brand new unit you might want to contact Weber customer service for a replacement.  Their customer service is nothing but stellar.  And perhaps one or more of the horizontal portion of the grate supports has been cut short.
