WSM modification question

Hello everyone, just a quick question. does anyone know if you can purchase rubber grommets for the dampers on the WSM? I have gotten kind of spoiled with my Performer. I know that Weber doesn't make them because I asked lol! I was just wondering if anyone knew of another company that may make them. I already checked Cajun bandit and they don't have them.
