Wood Smoker - As In Built of Wood

  1. Well, not the firebox for sure - well, maybe it would last for a portion of the first use!  [IMG]

But what about the cooking chamber? Or at least the top half of the cooking chamber? Heck, it only gets up to maybe 300 degrees tops. Just curious what thoughts might be.
  2. I built my whole smokehouse of wood. I've hot and cold smoked in it so far and works great. It looks just like a outhouse and I build a fire right inside it. The only down side is keeping it hot enough but its a work in progress to get it figured out. Hope this helps
  3. West central ohio is my old stomping grounds - were are you near - Dayton? Sydney? Wapakoneta? I love Ohio!

Any chance you have any pictures of your smokehouse? Luv to see 'em.

  5. I just hit the reply button, so now I can type this. In the little symbol boxes right above this reply box are symbols I can click on for fonts, smiley faces, etc. One is a little outline of mountains and a sun or moon - click on that - you get a little box where you can "click to upload files/pictures - click, select a picture and tell it to load it and you will have done it just like I did now!
