I can't claim to be the originator of this information (obtained from Todd's website), but I am a visual person and I put the wood smoke guide information in chart format. I thought I'd share it with the forum. Let me know if you have any suggestions or corrections.
Try as I might, I can't get the image to come up full size on the post. You have to open the link in a new tab/window and it will come up full size...sorry
