Wood buy (Sno County, WA)

My last vendor of smoking wood ghosted on me so I had to go find a new supplier. I stumbled across barbecuewood.com in Yakima. Planning on venturing over the mountains to pick up a load of various woods to play with along with my standard cherry.

Is there anyone in the Monroe area that wants in on this buy?

Have you checked around the local area for farmers with orchards? I've been lucky once in a great while to find someone who'll let me clean up the branches and such. Plenty of apple that way. Yakima is such a long way for some wood.

I've bought from them before. Just had them ship the wood, was cheaper than making the trip. Always got good service, etc. from them.

I have found a few people in the local area willing to let me take trimmings off their cherry trees. They are small and not enough to keep the smokers satisfied.

Anyway, the wood buy is closed. I had enough interest that I can not physically hold anymore wood.
