Thanks we will need it! I have the challenge of redoing my menus from Big 12 to sec! I am still having my favoriate, Chicken Hawk (a smoked deep fried turkey).

Chicken hawk sounds good, ive heard of people doing that with chicken wings but never a turkey. Let us know how it turns out, ill have to get me a fryer if it turnous out good.
