Wings/Pulled chix/jalapeno/habenero/mac & cheese/fish extravaganza

    Well, since I don't smoke very often, thought I'd fire up the WSM and do a full day.

    Here's the day's rundown. I'll post pictures as I go:

    Jalapeno Poppers (cream cheese and onions with rub on top - no bacon)

    Habenero peppers - 2 to make a wing sauce. The rest I'm not sure yet. 

    Chicken wings with basic rub and the smoked habenero wing sauce

    Pulled Chicken thighs/drumsticks marinated with Asian marinade overnight

    Mac and Cheese

    Frozen pollock with basic brine and mozzarella to make grilled pizza tomorrow.
