Today I made wings for our Georgia football party.  I use a 4 lb of wings coated with a light coat of black pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, cayenne.  I smoked them at 230 for 2 1/2 hours then on a 400 grill for a couple of min.  Then I coated with my home made bbq sauce.  I know next time I need to make more wings.  Everybody said they were the best they had every had.  Georgia lost there game but still had a great time with friends and good food.

Wings were gone before game started.
