Anyone have any luck creating a wind block for their smoker? I have a two door masterbuilt adventure series and it keeps messing with my flame.

How high should I build it?

With my WSM I just make sure that the plywood windbreak is 6 inches or so higher than the level of the draft openings. As long as you can keep the wind from forcing extra air into your smoker intake you should be golden.
