My wife did all the mixing, she was taking out the red pepper flake, said noooo its part of the mix...lol

This is the side vent on my TSM 30, don't know if the newer ones have it. Vent for draw or for probes.

My last count was while back, tad over 3,500 lbs, from PA and snoopy.

I have surgery on Monday, next week sometime I'm going to show my wife how to make black ops sticks.

Look good. Do you use the mix per the instructions or do you modify it?
Per the instructions. If not enough you will have flavorless meat. You can add whatever you want to the mix.
