Have fun and a grand T-day. I'm 66 on Thursday. I'm gonna be the Turkey this year . Hope they don't over cook me.

They will need a Time stick , at over 200lb. will take a while for fall off the bone

I've had to cook those before. Not worth the effort! I have at least a dozen roaming around my property along with kalish and ringed neck pheasant. They are safe from me; my dogs get one on occasion...

They named that building in the background after you... ;)

These have become more pets than table fare.  They come and go depending on the season. Thats my shop in the background. AKA Man Cave, Hide Away, Dog House.  LOL
