From what I've read there are a couple of wifi enabled controllers out there.

I'm going the other way - I want a non-wifi enabled one! Let me know if you decide to sell your controller, yeah?

Have you thought about using a Micro Controller like an Arduino or a Raspberry Pi. Sounds like you enjoy building things. Learning how to program in IDE was fun and relaxing. All the Arduino parts are cheap including Input/Output devices. Could probably put together a Wifi enabled device for less than $50. I've putting mine together in stages. I've got two probes (Air and Meat), a 10k Pot for Setpoint and a relay output interface board to control my blower. Everything works well so far. My last stage is to add the Wifi. I have about $30 bucks in it so far, but have enough "Spare" to build 75% of a 2nd one...

Hi Donny, you can contact Smoke Daddy to see if they are going to implement a cloud based connectivity anytime soon. They said they were looking into it a year ago.
