At the bottom of the screen it will say Publish to you facebook feed uncheck that box.

If you are an admin of that page, and are accessing that page from your personal page, via the list on the left under "pages", Then do this. Click on the SMF Fb link under "pages", when that page loads, look towards the top right of that page, right under the list of "Admins", there is a link that says "Use FB as SMF". Click on that link and you're golden. Then when you want to switch back to "your" page, Click on a link that gets you back to the main page of SMF, in the same spot it will now say "Use FB as Tom C". Clicky click and you're all done. Sounds complicated, but really rather easy. Hope this helps.
