a client of mine is looking to smoke 3 chickens this weekend. He has a Masterbilt propane unit. I am seeing 3-4 hours for a whole chicken.  How much more time to smoke 3?

None other than a slightly longer recovery time to get up to temp after putting them in.One or Ten chickens, the size of the birds determines the cook time. A 4lb chicken takes about 3 hours so 10 4lb chickens will take about 3 hours after the smoker recovers...JJ
