Started today smoked 2 racks of ribs, to finish on Sat..Have some Thighs and Burgers,Dogs the usual

Looks like I'm in, waiting on my brisket to show up, 14-17lb, 5 slabs of ribs and the wife hasn't decided pork or chicken for the rest. I'm tired just thinking about it! Supposed to be ready 5ish Saturday pm, looks like an all nighter.
 
Well since they shut the forest down for Archery hunting I think i will be doing some snack sticks and cheese - if it stays cool enough.

Sounds like a lot of good eats,I added some smoked Deviled Eggs to my Q smoking them tomorrow.Thanks for the replies looking forward to the Q Views

Have Family and some Military Family" s coming Sunday 2 Whole Chickens and 4 Racks DR. Pepper ribs . Seafood Salad , Potato Salad , Smoked Beans , And Scalloped Corn .
 
I'm not smoking nuthin! 

Too darn hot and sticky to be messing around outside tending a COS.

It's a bummer for sure, but temps in high 80's to 90 with dew point from 67 to 73% is just too much effort for me to breath.

This has been a hot, wet, & humid summer for me.  Really cut down on my outdoor activities, such as smoking, mowing and etc.

The only reason I'm willing to walk the new puppy, is I'm tired of discovering my socks are wet, after I walk across the floor.  LOL
 
Richie, I've been doing ribs every weekend so its time for a change, pork butt on Sat and maybe ABTs' for Sunday. Back to work on Monday so no smoke then.
 
7 1/2 pound pork shoulder on Saturday.  Basic brine starting tonight for 24 hours, then rub with Jalokia Rub and let sit overnight Friday into Saturday. Smoke all day Saturday.
 
I am being real ambitious...

For appetizers:

Assorted cheeses (smoked and non)

Buffalo chicken sausage strombolis

Hot Italian and Kielbasa sausage

ABTs and sweet stuffed peppers as well

For mains:

13 lb. Brisket (smoked friday or saturday to be reheated in vaccuum packs on monday)

9 lb. pork butt for italian style pulled pork with broccoli rabe and provolone sandwiches

3 racks of st. louis ribs

Souvlaki marinated chicken wings with tzatziki

Cilantro Turkey Burgers

Beef Burgers

Dutch's wicked baked beans

Pasta Salad

Everyone else is bringing dessert.  Wish me luck!

My immediate family is about 25 people so I have a lot of mouths to feed.  I usually have way too much food but I don't mind leftovers!
