Who posted the Scotch Egg fatty?

Just thought you might like to know that in the Backyard BBQ comps in NY, one category is sausage - anything you want to do to a sausage I guess. ANYWAY the sausage that won was a scotch egg fatty. They thought it was an original idea and loved it!

Speaking of fatties ... I introduced a bunch of folks to fatties in NY they loved em!
