I'm curious on how well these perform. Not looking to buy one because the value doesn't seem to be there and I have grilling and smoking roles already covered.I have gotten very good/excellent results smoking on my 70's vintage kettle for over 20 yrs.Probably due to thicker steel and porcelain coat and I hear people do well smoking with newer ones.Once again I'm just curious and wanted to pick some brains...
