White Tail Snack Sticks

Well what better to do than make 8 lbs of of grond venison than make jalapeno snack stick.  100% venison and used a High Mountain Snack Stick kit someone gave me. Loaded them up last night, little sit in the fridge over night

Hung them in the smoker this afternoon and now waiting for them to be done (I hate this part!!!)

Well after some new smoker issues I ended up over cooking the stick.  They are a tad dry but have great flavor.  Got some jerky sticks now.  I'd also recommend placing your smoker where you have light to see what's going on!!!  Oh well lessons learned and they will be eaten.
