Where's that Snoopy happy dance when you need it? A WSM is on the way

SWMBO has granted permission:  A WSM 22.5 is now in the immediate future (like maybe Thursday).  My SIL has a connection and we'll have it shipped to his house (my temporary quarters for a vacation, until they can't stand us anymore).  I expect to have this unit well smoked and broken in before we leave around Labor Day.

Already got a couple of mods in mind.  Eyelets for starters.  Those 3 wheel dolly sets that one guy added to make the WSM more mobile.

Has anyone ever added a third tray level, between the two existing ones?  Is it even feasible?

Sounds good Dave, I'm sure you will love it.

I have a 18.5" and yes I installed a third grate between the two, works great and I can cook a boatload of chicken.
