Where to get team shirts for new competition team?

All the pros and even some of the backyard comp guys have nice collared shirts with their team logo embroidered. Is there a standard shirt style this is called and where can I get some? It gets dang hot and sticky in Virginia, certainly more so manning a hot pit, so preferably one that breathes well!

Are these called chef shirts? Thought I heard that once.

They look like bowling shirts to me, but I've never been to a comp in person. Embroiderers are a dime a dozen around here so that shouldn't be to hard to find.

Matt Pitman called his a beer truck shirt. Still can’t find them. Chef shirts appear to be something else - no collar, usually long sleeves, etc
