The best brisket I have had was at blacks BBQ in San Marcos TX.
As for finding BBQ in FL I have no idea, I’m sure there is some somewhere but I never found it.

I lived in Orlando for a few years and Cecil's Texas Style BBQ near downtown is the absolute winner for me.
4Rivers was really good, but I ended up at Cecil's 3x a week.
